Hopperfield Gets A Second Chance

Hopperfield Gets A Second Chance

The Chester Foundation occasionally gets a different kind of pet that needs urgent care. Meet Hopperfield!

Hopperfield was surrendered due to a broken leg that would require amputation.  While The Chester Foundation works to keep pets with their families, there unfortunately are times when they simply cannot take on the aftercare needed, or they just don’t want them anymore.  These pets need your help more than any other.

HopperfieldHopperfield had several wonderful groups who worked together to save his life.

The Chester Foundation joined forces with NorCal surgeon Dr. Walsh, Pet Emergency Center, and F.U.R to ensure this sweet bunny got a second chance. NorCal performed the amputation Hopperfield needed and Pet Emergency Center the nursing care pre and post operation.  F.U.R stepped in and ensured Hopperfield got love and care during his recovery so that once healed he could find a new home. None of this would have been possible without The Chester Foundations donors!
